Treatment Program and Care Evaluation
A licensed clinician conducts a comprehensive evaluation of your mental health, substance use, and overall wellness. Within 48 hours, you’ll also meet with our medical director for a psychiatric review and treatment recommendations.

Prepare for Your Stay
Welcome to Nashoba Springs Recovery Center. On your first day, you’ll meet your care team, review your program schedule, and begin group and individual therapy. A dedicated case manager provides continued support with logistics, insurance, and family coordination.

From your initial call to starting treatment, the process can happen very quickly. Your clinical assessment occurs on the same day or the next day after contact, and your medical director’s evaluation takes place within 48 hours of admission. Most clients complete the admissions process and begin treatment within 2 to 3 days of their initial contact.
We work to accommodate urgent treatment needs as quickly as possible. After completing your clinical assessment with our clinical supervisor and admission coordinator, and pending insurance verification, you can typically begin treatment within 48 hours.

Absolutely. We strongly encourage family involvement throughout the admissions process and treatment. Family members are welcome to participate in the assessment, and we offer monthly family meetings, family therapy, and family support groups as part of our comprehensive approach to recovery.
We offer three levels of outpatient care: PHP (Partial Hospitalization/Day Treatment), running Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM; IOP (Intensive Outpatient), with morning, afternoon, and evening options 3-5 days a week; and OP (Outpatient), with weekly group and individual sessions. Our clinical team will recommend the appropriate level based on your assessment.
