Role in Your Journey: Mitch is our dedicated Admission Director and serves as your first point of contact with Nashoba Springs Recovery Center. Working closely with our Clinical Supervisor, Mitch conducts initial consultations, answers your questions about our programs, and guides you through the intake process with compassion and expertise. Services Provided: Initial consultation and program information Insurance verification and benefits explanation Schedule coordination for intake assessments Clinical supervisor collaboration for comprehensive evaluation Admission process guidance and support Family questions and concerns addressed
Before You Arrive: Initial Consultation: Our Admission Coordinator will speak with you about your needs, answer questions about our programs, and provide information about our clinical team and treatment approach. Clinical Assessment: During your intake meeting, you’ll meet with both our Clinical Supervisor and Admission Coordinator for a comprehensive evaluation of your clinical needs and appropriate program placement.
Your First 48 Hours: Day 1: Meet your assigned primary therapist, who will be your main clinical relationship throughout treatment. Begin initial group therapy sessions to meet peers and other clinical staff. Within 48 Hours: Comprehensive medical director assessment addressing your medical needs, psychiatric symptoms, and MAT evaluation if appropriate. First Week: Complete treatment planning with your primary therapist, meet your case manager, participate in a full range of clinical and holistic programming, and begin family therapy coordination.
